  What does the Individual Leader or Manager receive?
  1. Specific feedback about selected Competency Strengths and Areas for Development
  2. 360-degree feedback reports from Boss, Superior, Peers, Direct Reports and Others (could be Customers) specific to each selected Competency
  3. A prescription for how to develop the selected Competency based on the very behaviors that make up the assessment
  4. A comparison of pre- and post-assessment changes in order to measure progress
  5. A way to demonstrate commitment and growth in behaviors most important to the organization’s success

Please note:

  1. Individual assessment results are only available to the individual leader or manager
  2. Aggregate Data will assist in Organizational Learning by, for example, functional area expertise or regional assessment
  3. All leaders and managers are strongly encouraged to share their Strengths, Developmental Needs and behavioral progress with their Bosses so that development is expanded and tied to business results
